Our crop protection portfolio covers chemistries used to manage disease, weed, and insect pressure in row crops, specialty crops, and pasture, supplied with the labels, safety data sheets, and use-rate documentation needed for compliant application.
We wholesale fertilizer and fertilizer materials, ammonia for fertilizer use, agricultural limestone, and agricultural lime for soil fertility and pH balance. Our fertilizer portfolio spans dry blends, liquid fertilizers, and raw fertilizer materials, coordinated in bulk and packaged shipments timed to the agronomic calendar.

Order Documentation created specifically for a Customer, such as order confirmations, invoices, and delivery records, are typically provided to the Customer for their internal use upon full payment, subject to the terms of the supply agreement.
Customer Information remains the property of the Customer at all times. Haleez Komet Trading LLC does not claim ownership of customer account details, order histories, crop plans, herd information, or other materials provided by or on behalf of the Customer. We process and maintain Customer Information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed orders and return or transfer such materials to the Customer upon termination of the supply relationship, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.
Fees for our Services are determined on a per-order basis and are specified in the applicable order confirmation or supply agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following general payment terms apply:
Haleez Komet Trading LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services if invoices remain unpaid for more than sixty (60) days, subject to the terms of the applicable supply agreement and applicable law.
Confidentiality is fundamental to our business, particularly given the sensitive customer account details, order histories, crop plans, and herd information we handle during order fulfillment. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed by the other party in the course of engaging with our Website or Services.
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, customer account details, order histories, crop plans, herd information, pricing and supply terms, business plans, strategic initiatives, financial information, supplier and sourcing relationships, trade secrets, and any other information that is reasonably understood to be confidential or proprietary based on its nature or the circumstances of disclosure.
Each party agrees to use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of providing or receiving Services, to protect it with at least the same degree of care used to protect its own confidential information (but no less than reasonable care), and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or to employees and contractors who need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any supply relationship and remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure, or indefinitely for trade secrets and information that constitutes a trade secret under applicable law.
Haleez Komet Trading LLC warrants that its wholesale supply Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for agricultural wholesale. If a Customer identifies a defect in the Products or a fulfillment error within thirty (30) days of delivery, Haleez Komet Trading LLC will, at its option, correct the defect, replace the Product, or adjust the fees, provided that the defect is brought to our attention in writing within the warranty period and that the defect is directly attributable to our work.
Our Services include the wholesale supply of agricultural chemicals, fertilizers, animal feeds, pesticides, horticultural products, and farm supplies, but do not include agronomic recommendations, veterinary advice, or legal advice. Product labels, safety data sheets, and use-rate documentation are provided for compliance and informational purposes only. Customers are responsible for reading and following all product labels, applying Products in accordance with label directions, and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Customers requiring agronomic, veterinary, legal, tax, or investment advice should engage a licensed agronomist, veterinarian, attorney, CPA, or registered investment advisor.
Our Services involve the supply of Products manufactured by third-party agricultural chemical manufacturers, fertilizer producers, feed mills, and other suppliers. While we select and source Products based on our professional judgment, we do not independently warrant the performance, efficacy, or fitness of third-party Products beyond the manufacturer's own warranty. Warranty and support for third-party Products are provided by their respective manufacturers.
Our Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haleez Komet Trading LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Customers acknowledge that agricultural outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, application timing and method, pest pressure, animal health, regulatory changes, and implementation factors. Haleez Komet Trading LLC shall not be liable for outcomes resulting from misuse of Products, off-label application, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
The limitations and exclusions in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haleez Komet Trading LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party, your misuse of Products (including off-label application of agricultural chemicals or pesticides), or any content or information you submit to us, including inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
Haleez Komet Trading LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. You shall not settle any matter without our prior written consent.
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms and any supply relationship and is in addition to any other indemnification obligations set forth in a separate supply agreement.
These Terms are effective upon your first access to our Website or placement of an order with us and remain in effect until terminated as provided herein.
Haleez Komet Trading LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may discontinue use of the Website at any time.
Supply relationships may be terminated in accordance with the terms of the applicable supply agreement. Unless otherwise specified, either party may terminate a supply relationship with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for Products shipped or Services performed up to the effective date of termination become immediately due and payable. Upon termination, Haleez Komet Trading LLC will return or transfer Customer Information in accordance with the terms of the supply agreement.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive and remain in effect.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to the use of our Website or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Casper, Natrona County, Wyoming, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms.

Haleez Komet Trading LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms or any supply agreement to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather events affecting agricultural supply, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, telecommunications failures, transportation disruptions, or third-party supplier outages ("Force Majeure Events").
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Haleez Komet Trading LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable. If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate the affected supply relationship without penalty. Fees paid in advance for Products not shipped due to a Force Majeure Event will be prorated and refunded or credited.
The party affected by a Force Majeure Event shall promptly notify the other party of the event, its expected duration, and the steps being taken to mitigate its impact. Failure to provide timely notice may limit the protections of this section.
These Terms, together with any supply agreement entered into between you and Haleez Komet Trading LLC and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of our Website and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
